SMS Policy

SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

This page describes how AnidaPro collects consent to send SMS text messages to contractors in our network, what types of messages are sent, and how recipients can opt out.

How We Collect Consent

Contractors provide their mobile phone number and explicit SMS consent when completing the contractor application form at anidapro.com/contractors/apply.

On Step 3 of the application (Media & Submit), the following disclosure appears immediately above the Submit Application button:

SMS Messaging Consent

By submitting this application, you consent to receive SMS text messages from AnidaPro at the phone number provided above, including notifications about new leads available for you to claim. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Phone number ownership is verified before the form can proceed — a 6-digit one-time code is sent via SMS (powered by Twilio Verify) and must be confirmed before the application is submitted.

Types of Messages Sent

After a contractor is approved and added to our network, they may receive the following SMS messages from AnidaPro:

  • New lead notifications — a brief summary of a new property services lead (services needed, city, urgency level) with a unique claim link.
  • One-time verification codes — 6-digit codes sent during phone verification at the time of application.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the volume of new leads matching a contractor's trade and service area. Contractors may receive multiple messages per day during high-volume periods or none during slow periods.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving SMS messages from AnidaPro at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your number has been removed and no further messages will be sent.

To request help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at anidaprocom@gmail.com.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AnidaPro does not charge any fee for SMS messages.
